Who We Are

Founded in 1960 and headquartered in Paoli, Indiana, ElectriCom is a full-service utility solutions and maintenance company. We are a national company uniquely equipped to cater to the needs of small towns and rural communities. Our portfolio features projects of all sizes and levels of complexity—from connecting communities to broadband to maintaining power lines to reduce service outages.

Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Mason

Kevin Mason is the CEO of ElectriCom and a Member of the Executive Board. Kevin started with the organization in 1992 and has served as Controller, Vice President of Operations and President. He has overseen the conversion of ElectriCom from a regional utility contractor to a multi-company, full-service organization with a tremendous depth of management, an emphasis on quality service, and the development of strong customer relationships. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

Rajive Beri

Rajive Beri serves as President of ElectriCom and is also a member of the Executive Board. Raj has industry experience dating back to 1990, holding numerous executive and operational leadership roles in Engineering and Field Operations for major operators, vendors, and service providers.

At ElectriCom, Raj focuses his experience on growth and operations. He emphasizes delivering quality services to customers with an emphasis on strong customer relationships. Raj holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Math Minor from Penn State University.

Chief Financial Officer

Russ Breeden

Russ Breeden has been with ElectriCom since 2001, and has been the Chief Financial Officer since 2014. He is also a Member of the Executive Board. During his tenure, ElectriCom has grown tremendously. Russ is currently a Board Member and Chairman of the Investment Council of the Eiteljorg Museum and an Advisory Board Member and Chairman of Breeden Memorial Library.

Russ has had several past positions in his illustrious work history including being a Board Member and Executive Officer with two Public Companies, Co-Owner and CEO of a Family Bank Holding Company, CEO of the largest investment Banking Firm domiciled in Indiana and served as a Board Member of the Indiana Bond Bank for 13 years. Russ holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University.

Senior Vice President of the Midwest and West Regions

Bob Breeden

Bob Breeden is the Senior Vice President of the Midwest and West Regions for ElectriCom. Bob started his career with the organization in 1994 and has served as Purchasing Manager and Midwest Telecom Manager prior to his current role.

As a Senior VP, Bob oversees the Profit/Loss and Operations of Telecom Midwest/West, Power, and Right of Way Clearing. Bob currently serves as Chairman of Power & Communication Contractors Association (PCCA).

Senior Vice President of the South Atlantic & Gulf Regions

Craig Moore

Craig Moore is Senior Vice President of the South Atlantic & Gulf Regions for ElectriCom. Prior to being promoted to his current position in 2019, Craig has served a variety of roles in his tenure with ElectriCom including Superintendent, Area Manager, and Senior Director of Operations.

Craig has many responsibilities in his current role including the developing and maintaining of customer relationships, leading and cultivating a focus on safety, and helping employees develop into future leaders—all while helping preserve a family atmosphere within the organization.

Vice President Operations, West and Energy Services

Billy Vincent

Billy Vincent serves as Vice President, West and Energy Services (Power and Right of Way Services). He began his career with ElectriCom in 1996 where he has held various positions in addition to his current, such as Purchasing Agent, Field Coordinator and Manager. Billy holds a degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Power & Communication Contractors Association (PCCA).

Vice President, Midwest Telecom Operations

Scotty Likens

Scotty Likens has held several positions since joining ElectriCom in 2010. He currently serves as Vice President of Midwest Telecom Operations. Scotty has 30 plus years of knowledge and experience in telecom infrastructure implementations. Scotty also serves as Associate Member Chair for the Kentucky Telecom Association. Scotty values integrity and honesty in himself and others. He is committed to providing the best services available to his customers while promoting the highest degree of safety and satisfaction within Team ElectriCom.

Vice President, Business Operations

Brooke Newlin

Brooke Newlin is the Vice President of Business Operations with ElectriCom. Brooke began her career with ElectriCom in 2004 as a billing clerk and quickly advanced into a management role.

With a focus on operational support, Brooke emphasizes efficient and effective process development that sponsors strategic direction. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Butler University.

Vice President Controller

Nancy Lambert

Nancy Lambert is Vice President Controller of ElectriCom. Nancy served as Controller prior to being promoted to her current position. She has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate finance, treasury management, tax, and internal audit.

Nancy has been instrumental in the execution of strategic goals and transforming ElectriCom through systems, processes, and controls. She earned a Bachelor of science in business degree from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society along with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Vice President, Business Development

Kelly Dyer

Kelly Dyer serves as the Vice President of Business Development for ElectriCom, a position he has held since 2017. Prior to coming to ElectriCom, Kelly spent his entire career in the communications industry, a majority of that time in executive management positions.

At ElectriCom, Kelly’s main areas of focus are setting the direction of the company’s sales and marketing initiatives to meet the over goals and objectives of ElectriCom and assisting with the company’s strategic development plans.

Vice President, Human Resources and Risk Management

Steve Putt

Steve Putt serves as VP of Human Resources and Risk Management for ElectriCom. Since joining ElectriCom in 2014, Steve has helped shape the HR, Training, and Risk Management functions to meet ElectriCom’s growth plan. Steve is focused on maintaining and celebrating ElectriCom’s “family oriented” culture and strives to make it a part of ElectriCom everyday life. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University.
