President & CFO

Andy Leake

Andy is a member of the Executive Board. He serves as President and Chief Financial Officer. Andy has served in various Finance-related roles in the Manufacturing and Construction industries over the last 15+ years in firms ranging in size from $20M to multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. Andy holds a BS from Illinois State and an MBA from Syracuse University.

Growing up in rural Central Illinois, Andy experienced first-hand the need for infrastructure investment providing connectivity and reliability. At ElectriCom, Andy focuses on continuing to deliver the same exceptional quality, safety, and reliability customers have come to expect from ElectriCom over the past 60+ years.

Board Member & Former CEO

Kevin Mason

Kevin Mason is a member of the Executive Board. Kevin started with the organization in 1992 and has served as Controller, Vice President of Operations, President and CEO. He has overseen the conversion of ElectriCom from a regional utility contractor to a multi-company, full-service organization with a tremendous depth of management, an emphasis on quality service, and the development of strong customer relationships. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
Senior Vice President, Telecom Operations

James Johnston

James serves as Senior Vice President of TeleCom operations. James has held leadership roles in operations management since 2005 and has performed progressive leadership roles with Electricom since 2014.

At ElectriCom, James oversees all TeleCom construction services and is focused on seeking continual improvement in efficiency and customer success with the highest level of quality and safety.

James holds a BA in Economics from The Ohio State University, a MS in Strategic Finance from Indiana University, and an MBA from Indiana University.

Senior Vice President, Midwest Telecom Operations

Scotty Likens

Scotty Likens has held several positions since joining ElectriCom in 2010. He currently serves as Vice President of Midwest Telecom Operations. Scotty has 30 plus years of knowledge and experience in telecom infrastructure implementations. Scotty also serves as Associate Member Chair for the Kentucky Telecom Association. Scotty values integrity and honesty in himself and others. He is committed to providing the best services available to his customers while promoting the highest degree of safety and satisfaction within Team ElectriCom.
Vice President Operations, Energy Services

Billy Vincent

Billy Vincent serves as Vice President of Energy Services. He began his career with ElectriCom in 1996 where he has held various positions in addition to his current, such as Purchasing Agent, Field Coordinator and Manager. Billy holds a degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Power & Communication Contractors Association (PCCA).
Senior Vice President Operations, Atlantic Southeast

JJ Hudson

JJ Hudson serves as the Senior Regional Vice President of the Atlantic Southeast for ElectriCom. JJ has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in telecom engineering and construction. After spending 10 years on the Engineering side, he began his career with Electricom in 2013 where he has held various positions in addition to his current, such as Sr Construction Manager, and Sr Director. JJ holds a bachelor’s degree from Lander University in Business Management. At ElectriCom, JJ excels in running large projects, delivering quality work, and building customer relations.
Vice President Operations, Atlantic Southeast

Tony Pasquarello, Jr.

Tony Pasquarello Jr. serves as the Regional Vice President for the Atlantic Southeast and Mid Atlantic for Electricom. Tony Jr.'s primary customer has already run over 2,000 miles of fiber optics in the last four years across the rural markets of Upstate South Carolina. Tony Jr. has been in the utility construction industry for over 20 years, starting with natural gas before focusing on telecommunications. Tony Jr. started his career with Electricom in 2013 as a General Foreman, working through various roles to get to his current position. Tony Jr. holds an associate degree in culinary arts with a minor in business management from Keystone College. At ElectriCom, Tony Jr. prides himself on building strong relationships with customers and employees.
Vice President, Human Resources and Risk Management

Steve Putt

Steve Putt serves as VP of Human Resources and Risk Management for ElectriCom. Since joining ElectriCom in 2014, Steve has helped shape the HR, Training, and Risk Management functions to meet ElectriCom’s growth plan. Steve is focused on maintaining and celebrating ElectriCom’s “family oriented” culture and strives to make it a part of ElectriCom everyday life. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University.
Vice President, Business Operations

Brooke Newlin

Brooke Newlin is the Vice President of Business Operations with ElectriCom. Brooke began her career with ElectriCom in 2004 as a billing clerk and quickly advanced into a management role.

With a focus on operational support, Brooke emphasizes efficient and effective process development that sponsors strategic direction. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Butler University.

Vice President Controller

Texlin Quinney

Texlin Quinney serves as a Vice President Controller of ElectriCom and is a vital senior leadership team member. Texlin has worked in various industries, including public accounting, healthcare, telecommunications, and utilities. She has worked in several capacities in Business Operations for prominent operators and service providers.

At ElectriCom, Texlin concentrates on streamlining processes, cultivating resources holistically, and maximizing the effectiveness of the General Accounting team's support services. She prioritizes the delivery of high-quality services for internal stakeholders with a focus on cross-functional partnerships and multi-level collaboration. Seton Hall University awarded Texlin a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in mathematics and an MBA in Business Management. She also possesses a doctorate in Humanities from Clark Atlanta University.

Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Walter Rhinehart

Walter Rhinehart serves as VP of Sales and Business Development. He has dedicated 35+ years to the telecom industry, traversing a journey from the ground up, starting as an install technician. Throughout Walter’s career, he has witnessed and actively contributed to the evolution of telecommunications, adapting to technological advancements and industry shifts. He has held various roles, including Network Operations Manager with a national provider. At ElectriCom, Walter and his team focus on growth and fostering key partnerships.
